For over 15 years, The Restaurant at Burdick's has modeled its menu on the time-honored tradition of the French Bistro. We emphasize seasonal and locally sourced food in classic preparations: Onion Soup Gratinée, Oysters, Lyonnaise Salad, Steak Frites, Quiche and Beef Stew Provençal are just a few examples from our base menu. While Rack of Lamb, Seared Duck Breast and Grilled Lobster are highlights from our daily specials. The 25 table dining room features banquette seating, mirrored walls and large windows overlooking the main street of Walpole, New Hampshire, a quiet white clapboard New England town in the heart of the Connecticut River Valley. It is an ideal spot for celebrations, intimate dining or family gatherings. The restaurant has a full bar and an extensive wine list. The dining room is available for private events on Sunday evenings and Mondays. Reservations are always recommended. |

Small Town, Slow Pace, Beautiful Surroundings
We appreciate the spirit and life of the places we call home. We are pleased to support regional artists by exhibiting their work on the walls of our restaurant. Every month a new exhibit adorns the walls of our casual dining space and, in turn, provides our local talents exposure to a broad community of appreciative patrons!
Walpole, New Hampshire has become a popular detour for those traveling through the beautiful Connecticut River Valley and The Restaurant at Burdick's has become a destination in and of itself. Once referred to as "a little piece of the big city in an historically well-heeled tiny country town", many travel out of their way to come to The Restaurant. Others plan entire trips around the special annual events hosted here in January, July & September.
If you have the opportunity, be sure to plan a visit during the following festivities! You will be treated to authentic cuisine accompanied by excellent libations to complement the meal.
